About OVA

OVA is a non-profit organization established in 2019, dedicated for the welfare of the Velama community spread across the globe. OVA was formed with a mission to champion the interests of the Velama community, even more so coalesce the community scattered across the globe into one connected whole. OVA is involved in promoting community activities, networking, student assistance, preservation and promotion of Velama heritage. OVA consists of members spread over 24 countries across continents: Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, Australia, Africa and South America.
